Forum Brands, an eCommerce acquisition platform, recently announced $100M in debt financing from TriplePoint Capital. The startup raised $27M in equity financing led by Norwest Venture Partners in late June 2021. The prior funding allowed Forum Brands to acquire several new lines including Bonza and Simka Rose.
